This hotel presented beauty. I stayed here four nights. I wanted explore temples and monkey forest. The hotel location met my needs. Our room faced the pool. It provided ample space and comfort. The restaurant staff were cute. The food tasted very good. I anticipated breakfast and dinner.

Turn down service lacked consistency. Water bottles were not refilled. Soap was out. I was accustomed to these things at a five star hotel.

This place is stunningly beautiful, offering tranquility very close to the main street. the suites are spacious and comfortable. housekeeping services attend twice daily, everything is super clean. the pool is beautiful. I spent most of my time there. the restaurant for breakfast and dinner had really good food. breakfast was the best i have ever eaten. It was all à la carte, too. dinner was AMAZING!!!

the only minor issue i encountered was that on one occasion, the water bottles in the room were not replenished promptly, which i would expect to see in a 5-star hotel.
