Excellent location, spacious room
beautiful hotel ample space cute staff
This hotel presented beauty. I stayed here four nights. I wanted explore temples and monkey forest. The hotel location met my needs. Our room faced the pool. It provided ample space and comfort. The restaurant staff were cute. The food tasted very good. I anticipated breakfast and dinner.
Turn down service lacked consistency. Water bottles were not refilled. Soap was out. I was accustomed to these things at a five star hotel.

This place is stunningly beautiful, offering tranquility very close to the main street. the suites are spacious and comfortable. housekeeping services attend twice daily, everything is super clean. the pool is beautiful. I spent most of my time there. the restaurant for breakfast and dinner had really good food. breakfast was the best i have ever eaten. It was all à la carte, too. dinner was AMAZING!!!
the only minor issue i encountered was that on one occasion, the water bottles in the room were not replenished promptly, which i would expect to see in a 5-star hotel.

the staff provided very attentive service. everyone across the hotel did all they could for me. i received assistance with sightseeing advice and tour arrangements.

The hotel offers a serene escape. its proximity to shops and restaurants makes it convenient. i enjoyed having a massage at their spa. Ayu and wulan were excellent. the grounds also feature monkeys that frequently visit the area.

breakfast offered many options. there was so much choice. the restaurant also serves dinner. the chefs are great, and the service is really good. i especially enjoyed the traditional balinese dance performed during dinner one rainy evening.

The room was spacious and kept very clean. Attentive housekeeping maintained it well! the breakfast offered many options and filled us until the afternoon. ayu and wulan provided excellent massages at the spa. I appreciated their skill.

the pillows and the bed were super comfortable! the villa and the hotel were very clean. staff members were friendly and very professional! the hotel was organised, it was proactive.
I noticed inconsistent turndown service. Sometimes water bottles were not replenished in the room, and soap was occasionally missing.
